The organization shall be officialy known as Cagayan AirSoft Assault Group, Inc.
Through the game of Airsoft, it is the Policy of the Organization to foster among its members the values of:

D. INTEGRITY AND HONESTY
e. SPORTSMANSHIP
Membership Qualification
1. AEG (Automatic Electric Gun) unit owner
2. Must pass the 420 fps chrono test
3. P 1000 membership fee
4. Must have read and understood every aspect of
the rules and regulations
5. In cases where the applicant has been previously expelled from the organization the vote of at least three members of the EXECOM shall be needed for his re-admission
6. Minors are required to secure parental consent before playing.
7. Must possess good moral character.
Admission of New Members:
1. Interested applicants must submit 2x2 ID Picture with the Club Application Form.
2. Applicants will be allowed to play for three (3) Sundays as Guest Player, during which regular CAG members will evaluate applicant’s performance and conduct.
3. Applicant must meet basic safety equipment (Mask, gloves, and goggles) before playing in the evaluation period.
4. Applicant shall pay for the game fee of P100 per Sunday game during the period of evaluation.
5. After three (3) Sunday game participation, all CAG members in quorum will vote whether the applicant will be accepted as regular member. Majority rule is applied.
6. Payment of membership fee upon admission will either in full (P1000 annual) or 50% downpayment (P500), balance of which will be paid after 2 months of acceptance.
Players:
1. Only CAG regular members are allowed to play during a Sunday game
2. Guest player(s)/Non-applicants may be allowed ONLY after approval of the EXECOM.
The Game:
Types:
a. Skirmish / SpeedBall
b. Grab the flag / bomb retrieval
c. Rescue the pilot / VIP escort / Hostage Rescue
Game Fee
a. FREE for members
b. P100 for non-members
Commencement and termination of a game
a. Shall be commenced either by a yell “Game” or by a whistle/horn or megaphone
b. Shall be terminated upon a yell “ Game Over” or by a whistle/horn or megaphone
c. “Ceasefire” signals that a game is temporarily discontinued and must declared only in case of emergency (i.e. injury, fight/quarrel between players, etc.) in which case the players shall stay hold their position or shall retreat to their last position immediately prior to the “ceasefire” call and shall resume only when “resume” call is given.
Permitted game sites:
1. Cocohuts, Patag
2. CCC Hospital, Gusa
3. Fil-Estate, Gusa
4. Vacant lots owned by CAG members
Muzzle Velocity, Gears and Equipments
1. A player must have an AEG that must be within the regulation limit of 420 fps.
2. A facemask, goggles and gloves is mandatory.
3. BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) is compulsory. Any player who cannot comply with the foregoing requirement must secure the consent of any member of the EXECOM before he is allowed to play; OFFICIAL CLUB BDU is Black and US ISSUE Woodland Camo. Other BDUs may be worn except the official BDU of the Philippine Military and Police.
4. Boots either military or sports is recommended.
5. Web gears and other military accessories, except bayonets and bladed weapons are also allowed.
6. Flash bangs, smoke bombs are allowed only after the consent of a member of the EXECOM is secured
Rules, Regulations and Decorum of players in the field
Imposable Penalties:
a) Reprimand – can be done by any member of the EXECOM or any authorized delegated officer;
b) Fine – ranging from a minimum of 30 pesos to a maximum of 300;
c) One game suspension - must be decided by the concurrence of at least two members of the EXECOM;
d) Full sunday suspension – must be decided by at least three members of the EXECOM meeting in quorum;
e) Expulsion from the organization – must be decided by the unanimous decision of the EXECOM en banc
1. Point Blank shooting is discouraged. Complaint of flagrant point blank shooting must be entertained by the EXECOM for a disciplinary action against the shooter. The disciplinary action ranges from one game suspension to expulsion from the organization. The same is without prejudice to any criminal or civil action the complainant may file against the shooter;
2. Physically assaulting any player subjects the offender from a full Sunday suspension to expulsion from the organization. Where the injury of a player resulted from or is caused by an intentional act of another player other than the normal course of playing the game, the latter shall be expelled from the organization. This is without prejudice to any criminal or civil action the complainant may file against the offender;
3. Challenging another player a duel, fistfight or the like is sanctioned by one Sunday suspension. Should the same be done for the second time, the player may be expelled from the organization upon the approval of the EXECOM en banc.
4. Taking off of face mask/goggles while inside the field subjects the player to a reprimand or a game suspension;
5. Wearing of full BDU’s outside the game site subjects the player to a reprimand. A recurrence of the same subjects the individual to a Sunday’s suspension.
6. Carrying the unit exposed outside of the game site subjects the player to penalty ranging from reprimand to a Sunday suspension. Should any player use the airsoft unit as an instrument of a crime or uses the same in any intimidating or threatening manner, the penalty shall graduate from a Sunday suspension to expulsion from the organization.
7. Foul languages, trash talk, profanities and the like uttered by any player inside and outside of the field subjects him to a penalty ranging from reprimand to a game suspension;
8. Failure to admit or notice hits subjects a player to a penalty ranging from reprimand to a full Sunday suspension;
9. Coaching players on the field subjects the coach from a game suspension to a full Sunday suspension;
10. Continuous shooting at a player who had declared “hit” shall also be penalized by reprimand or by a suspension ranging from a game suspension to a Full Sunday suspension. The same penalties shall be imposed on players who continues on firing despite the “Game Over” call;
11. Any player who falsely calls “Game Over” or “Ceasefire” shall be penalized by a reprimand to a game suspension;
12. Any player who knowingly or unknowingly use an Air soft unit whose fps had exceeded the regulation limit shall be fined P 50 and shall be suspended from the game until the fps limit is complied;
13. Any players who fail to comply with the goggles/face mask requirement shall be fined P 50 and shall not be allowed to play until after the above requirement is complied with.
14. Any player who participates the game without the required BDU or any similar protective suit and fails to secure the consent of the EXECOM shall be fined P 50;
15. Intriguing against honor, malicious imputation of a crime and uttering libelous statement, in whatever form they maybe, against any other fellow airsoft enthusiast and shall be penalized by a reprimand to expulsion from the organization;
In no instance shall a penalty be imposed upon a player without a complaint formally raised by a member of the CAG or by a visitor allowed by the organization. The complaint, which must specify the violation of the respondent may be raised either orally or in writing and must be addressed to any of the members of the Execom
In all the above instances where the penalty is a full Sunday suspension, the same will be imposed in the following manner:
1. Should the act be done on the first game of the day, Sunday suspension means that the offender shall not be allowed to play the remaining games of that day but may play again on the next Sunday;
2. Should the act be done on the succeeding games of the day, Sunday suspension means that the offender shall not be allowed to play the remaining games of that day plus the games on the next Sunday;
The following infraction of the above rules subjects a member to expulsion from the Organization
1. Flagrant point blank shooting
2. Intentional infliction of injury on another player
3. Physically assaulting a player
4. Recurring attitude of challenging another player to a fistfight, duel or the like
5. Using the AEG as an instrument of a crime or uses the same in any intimidating or threatening manner against a fellow;
5. Gross violation of the established rules
Complaints not covered by the foregoing rules shall be deliberated upon by the EXECOM
Election of Officers:
All regular members of CAG must popularly elect members of the EXECOM as well as the sub officers of the committee under it.
Positions to be filled are the following:
