Greetings!
SWAT Gensan, is going to host the 1st Manny “Pacman Pacquiao Invitational Airsoft Tournament, dubbed: “KINGDOM OF GENERALS II, POUND FOR POUND”.
This event is scheduled on February 21 & 22, 2009 and will be participated by around 16 teams coming from the various places around Visayas/Mindanao. Each team shall have a minimum of 15 registered playing MEMBERS with no limit on the number of reserve players. Tournament fee is pegged at P500.00 per player, which shall cover the cost for the two (2) days lunch meals.
The 16-team slots shall be made available on a first come first serve basis. Please call or email the undersigned 09217354112 / 09177147007; email: wyatt_rdc@yahoo.com for your team slot reservation and the payment of the 50% game fee requirement. Important details of the tournament will be provided to the teams upon final confirmation.
Tournament venue will be at the Arnevels Convention Center & Resorts grounds, Mabuhay Road, Barangay San Isidro, General Santos. A whole new game scenario significantly different from other airsoft tournaments and a better game site await the teams and participants. It shall be an all rifle. Team tactics also plays a crucial role in the accomplishment of the game mission.

GAME RULES:
Each game shall have a total of 100 points to the objectives.
Yellow Card Offenses – 10 points deduction:
- 1 Yellow card for each offense. 10 accumulated yellow cards minus 100 points. 100 accumulated Yellow cards will be minus 1 operator for the team for every game thereafter.

----- disrespecting the umpire or umpire's decision
----- deliberately or accidentally shooting an umpire
----- test firing outside the designated area
----- loaded airsoft gun outside the game zone

- 1 Red card is expulsion from the game and minus 50 pts
----- Overkill (shooting more than 1 second within 3 meters, 2 seconds within 6 meters)
----- exceeds muzzle Velocity limit is 450/fps using .6mmBBs @0.20g (1.88 joules of energy)
- Black card is expulsion from the whole event
----- Fighting using anything aside from BBs (e.g., fist-fight, rocks, etc)
----- Free-for-all fight
----- Insulting the capacity of the organizer
----- If majority of your team walks-out in any of the activity (game or awarding)
- No radios, cellphones or other electronic communications allowed
- Hit players are to raise their whole arm otherwise they're still considered to be active and a threat
- 3 random chrono check will be done while the game is on-going
- For every hit the umpire calls, the umpire will get the number of the player and present to the head marshal
- Complaints or contest will only be entertained by the grievance committee through the team leader only instantly right after the round of game. or else, it's not anymore valid.
- All need to know will be discussed through the team leader only
- Team leaders are in-charge of disseminating all info given by the game committee, getting the meals, etc.
- Umpire will not call hits to any operator beyond 20 meters
- Umpire will only call hits that he/she sees
